1. Allow additional practice time

2. Allow student extra time to complete the assignment.

3. Break up parts of the assignment into segments making it more easily manageable.

4. Require the student to learn with proficiency a specified part of the assignment.

5. Allow student to demonstrate proficiency through a different means.
